One pot meal.

I love one pot recipes! Tonight I made Chicken with Broccoli and rice. You just brown 4 boneless skinless breasts in a skillet with oil. Remove from pan add 1 cup minute rice, 1 can of Broccoli Cheese soup, 1 can of milk, and season with salt, pepper, and basil. Add a 10 oz. package of frozen broccoli (thawed) and the chicken breasts. Cover and bake for 20 minutes at 325. Top with shredded cheddar and return to the oven. Cook an other 5-10 minutes until cheese melts.
Everybody likes this one! Do you have a favorite one pot recipe?

Well-we had spaghetti for dinner last night-except all I had was fettucine noodles so we had spaghetti fettucine--and tonight will be leftover spaghetti fettucine with a bit of chicken alfredo-yes I had leftover noodles--and the leftover chicken came back from the cabin up north with
my husband and son--I am surprised there was any left!!Mary

I'm so glad to see someone who doesn't use Cream of Mushroom in their chicken and broccoli combinations. Mom and Oma use it in almost everthing and I despise mushrooms in any form or fashion. I always substitute it with cream of celery, seems to work just fine never had any complaints. Love ya muches!! Jenni BTW Happy Thanksgiving.
